I absolutely loved the butler service from Aldo and his team. They made our stay so much better, ensuring everything was perfect for us. The relaxation by the water was blissful. However, my villa faced a seaweed issue that didn’t match the photos I had seen. The room had some electrical problems, and I couldn’t call the front desk from the phone. For the price, I expected everything to function properly. Despite this, lounging in the private infinity pool was a highlight.

Staying in the overwater bungalows was amazing! We enjoyed a tranquil afternoon, kayaking in the crystal-clear water while our little one splashed around. The staff was incredibly welcoming, making it feel like a true tropical paradise.

My wife says that the kids' menu could be more diverse.

Our stay was unforgettable, thanks to outstanding staff like Daisy, who catered to our every need at the cabana. We loved the food, especially the delightful Pink Flamingo cocktail made by Gustavo. Try kayaking for a peaceful escape while enjoying breathtaking views. Can't wait to return!

The oversized luxurious suite showcased a stunning private terrace with a breathtaking view of the Caribbean. The glass bottom floors allowed for a unique connection with the ocean. However, there were minor issues with the service that could use improvement, and certain amenities needed better maintenance.
